 SedonaMoves offers a variety of ways to experience movement, from weekly martial arts classes to private and semi-private wellness sessions. All classes are led by Ollie Barre, blending martial arts, movement therapy, yoga, and mindfulness into transformative practices.


Weekly Group Classes:


Adults "Movement is Medicine" Class - Movement Based Class

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:45 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Sedona Charter School Performing Arts Center
  • Focus:   Animal Flow Movements & Locomotive Drills – develop natural strength and agility through ground-based movement; Yoga & Mobility – improve flexibility, alignment, and balance; Stretching & Strength – increase functional range of motion while building stability; Endurance Training – enhance stamina and resilience; Movement Therapy – release tension, restore posture, and support recovery; Breathing Exercises – connect body and mind through mindful breathwork; Martial Arts Integration – incorporate focus, discipline, and dynamic movement; Mindfulness Practices – cultivate inner stillness, awareness, and clarity.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Self-Defense & Movement Class (Part of the K.E.E.P. After School Program)


  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM
  • Location: Sedona Charter School Performing Arts Center
  • Focus: Confidence, self-defense, teamwork, anti-bullying strategies, and the foundations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Private & Semi-Private Training:


Movement is Medicine (Adults)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Self-Defense Training

For those seeking a highly personalized training experience, SedonaMoves offers Private & Semi-Private Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defense sessions designed to meet your unique goals, skill level, and lifestyle.


These sessions are:

  • Available by appointment only, ensuring you receive focused instruction in a time and setting that works best for you.
  • Offered as 1-on-1 private training for the most individualized attention, or as semi-private sessions with up to two friends, family members, or colleagues, creating a supportive and motivating group dynamic.
  • Flexible in location — train in the comfort of your home, outdoors in Sedona’s beautiful landscapes, or at select professional training facilities.

  • Build a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu,
  • Learn practical and effective self-defense skills,
